Executive Coaching

Executive coaching allows business leaders to identify how their behaviors, and their relationships with their subordinates, may be  interfering with the goals of their business.

For example, a CEO, who is perceived by direct reports as cold and unapproachable, relies on feedback from these managers to guide ongoing decision making.

One of the objectives of executive coaching in this situation would be to help the CEO identify and alter those behaviors that prevent her from reaching her potential as a CEO.
